Care Team LLC.
Since 2008, we have been serving the home health needs of the Broward County population. We are licensed by Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, Medicare certified and accredited by the Joint Commision. We strive to help our patients reach their goals in the comfort and privacy of their homes by selecting staff that are not only skilled and knowledgeable, but treat our patients with kindness and compassion. We work closely with you, your family and physician to develop a plan of care that meets the highest quality of care.
